Sensing Solutions (Industrial Automation) Pressure Transmitters
Danfoss pressure transmitters are engineered to deliver precise and dependable pressure measurements in a wide range of applications. They come in a variety of styles, including flush diaphragm, gauge, and absolute. Pressure transmitters from Danfoss are utilized in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, water and wastewater, and HVAC.
Types of Danfoss Pressure Transmitters
Flush diaphragm pressure transmitters: Intended for measuring pressure in viscous or polluted media such as food, beverage, pulp, and paper. They have a flush-mounted diaphragm that keeps everything clean and prevents clogging. The MBS 4510 pressure transmitter is an example of this type.
Gauge pressure transmitters: These can be utilized to measure pressure about atmospheric pressure. They are appropriate for a wide range of industrial applications, including water, air, oil, and gas. They are equipped with a conventional pressure connector and a vented cable. The MBS 3000 pressure transmitter is an example of this type.
Absolute pressure transmitters: Used to measure pressure in a perfect vacuum. They are employed in applications that require compensation for changes in atmospheric pressure, such as refrigeration, vacuum pumps, and barometer measurements. They have a non-vented cable and a sealed reference chamber. The MBS 3100 pressure transmitter is an example of this type.
